Returns and Exchanges:

 If you are dissatisfied with any item you have ordered, you may return the item(s), along with a copy of your invoice for a refund or an exchange, to: Bayonet inc. Returns Dept. 1038 Merchants Dr. Dallas GA 30132 within 30 days of original purchase (the return must be accompanied by a packing slip and be in unmarked, unused (unless the item purchased was used), and salable condition to receive full refund or credit). We will credit either the credit/debit card used for purchase, or send you a check, according to the method you used to pay for your order (original shipping and handling charge not included in refund). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the mistake was ours. Please be sure to get a tracking number from UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, or any other shipper you choose to use as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Footwear Policy:
When you receive your footwear make sure it fits properly and is exactly what you want before it is worn outside. If items show any wear or are soiled or damaged in any way, they will not be accepted for replacement or refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.

In the event that you have a problem, please contact us for further information. All manufacturers require us to send all boot and shoe returns to their factory for an evaluation by their personnel. We will repair, replace or make an adjustment according to their instructions. Normal wear and tear excluded.

All warranties are void if the product has been abused, modified or tampered with.

    * Name as Shown on Credit/Debit Card

    * Credit/Debit Card Expiration Date

    * Your Return Postal Address

    * Your Phone Number, email address and best time to contact you if there are any questions.

    * Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange, (different

      size, color, etc.)
