Online Orders:
When placing an online order, simply browse our online catalog when you find an item you wish to purchase, click the button to add it to your Shopping Cart. Quantity may be changed for each individual item upon viewing your Shopping Cart. Once you have finished shopping, go to your Shopping Cart and click the Checkout button.
Phone Orders:
When placing a phone order, go through the website and either select your items with the Shopping Cart program or write down all of the items you would like to order. Some items require your preference on size, color, etc. Make sure you record that information as well. Once you are done shopping and would like to place your order, call our store at: 770-505-2052
Mail Orders:
When ordering by mail, use the Shopping Cart online. When checking out, select the Mail Order payment method to get a printed order form that has your information and the items you wish to purchase already filled in. This is a more convenient process than using the conventional mail order form and virtually eliminates errors.
Restricted Item:
Bayonet inc., Inc is restricted by the US Government on what items can be sent out of the United States. Since we carry some current issue military surplus, we are not currently able to send these and certain items overseas because of export regulations. Although the items we sell do not pose a terrorism threat to our country or any other countries, the US Government has put a 'blanket status' on most military surplus as a dangerous item and we must follow this law. We are able to send vintage helmets and gear out of the US for collecting purposes. We will also not send any Knives, blank firing guns or dummy ordnance out of the US. If you are unsure about something, either send an email question or if it is ordered for overseas, we will advise if it can not be sent.
We will ship to all APO's this sale is done with the assumption that the person receiving the merchandise is already under military regulations and serving the United States.

If required by law, we may provide any and all information we have about you to law enforcement or other government agencies, pursuant to a subpoena, warrant, or other order by a court of competent jurisdiction. In all cases, we will require written documentation of the request, proof of the identity of the law enforcement official making the request, and we will take steps to authenticate the validity of the request. Any law enforcement or government agency request submitted with less than a court-issued order will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the need and urgency, as well as the particular law enforcement agency making the request
Security:
We use the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All ordering information - including your name, address and credit card number - is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. To further ensure security, we only store your name, address and phone number on a server that isn't accessible from the Internet we don’t keep any credit card information.

Children:
In accordance with federal law, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under age 13 without the verifiable permission of a parent or guardian. If you are under age 13, you are welcome to browse our Web site. However you are not permitted to use any of the features of our site that require the collection of any personally identifiable information. If we determine that we have erroneously collected a child's information, we will immediately undertake to delete that data from our records.
